Curriculum Overview
  1. Eligibility. The guarantee applies to participants who have: (a) completed all mandatory modules across 3 months; (b) submitted all weekly assignments; (c) attempted to apply the taught system for at least 6 consecutive months after the program ends; and (d) maintained a verifiable trading or paper-trading record throughout.
  2. Definition of "No Results". Defined as a condition where the participant has consistently followed the taught methodology, placed trades or run an automated system based on the curriculum, yet shown no measurable improvement or been unable to implement the automation framework, evidenced by a verified 6-month trading record.
  3. Claim Process. Submit a written claim to GWC via official contact channels within 7 months of your program start date. Include: completed homework log, implementation records (screenshots, account statements, or demo records), and a written summary of what was attempted. Participant must join a 30-minute exit review call with Kokoh Cheng or a GWC representative.
  4. Refund Amount. If the claim is verified and approved, 100% of the program fee will be refunded within 14 business days. Excludes any third-party costs (VPS, platform subscriptions, broker deposits).
  5. Not Applicable If. Modules were not completed; assignments not submitted; participant deviated significantly from the taught methodology; claim submitted after 7 months from program start; negative results attributable to excessive risk-taking or emotional trading; participant has previously claimed a GWC program refund.
  6. Limitations. One claim per participant per enrollment. GWC reserves the right to make the final determination on refund eligibility after reviewing all submitted evidence.
